Duh nuh, nuh, nuh, nuh Batman!

I said before we left for the store that he was not getting anything. As you can see by this picture, he got something. I purposely went nowhere near the toy isle, but someone had placed this mask by the Windex. Go figure!

Can you believe Halloween costumes are already out? We are probably going to start seeing Christmas decorations before October soon! What are your kids going to be for Halloween?

We are just starting this process and for the first time, I am letting my oldest (4 1/2yr) choose her own (well after I narrow down for her). I like to get costumes that will be warm enough w/out covering it up w/ coats, etc.
So far she wants to be a Doctor because she says that is what she is going to be when she grows up! :)

The younger one (1 yr) ... I order a cute little lamb outfit from noah's ark collection. I am hoping it fits though as it is 6-12months. Otherwise, someone in Pekin can buy it cuz I will be returning! :)

hahahhahahahahaha - cute! My husband acts like it's no big deal to take the boys shopping and not get them anything. When he goes shopping - when the boys aren't even with him, he can't restrain himself either. lol.

My boys are both going to be Indiana Jones. We are going to Disney next week and have tickets to the Mickey's -not-so-scary party and they will already get a chance to wear their costumes and trick-or-treat at Magic Kingdom. Can't wait!

I wish we were going to Mickey's not so scary party. That will be so much fun! What a great idea. And it's a good time of year to go because most kids are in school. So, it probably won't be as busy as usual.

And I usually do the same thing with the costumes. It makes no sense to cover them up! However, when they wear the outfits to preschool my son gets too hot.

He now says he wants to be Optimus Prime instead of Batman. We'll see!
