I just thought I should mention this in case some of you have this condition. I don't know if there is anything you can do. I just know people who have had a still birth and it so devastating. I think it has got to be one of the worst things people experience.
FROM NBC: Women who have uterine fibroids may be at an increased risk of having a stillborn baby. About five to 20-percent of women have fibroids -- but most have no symptoms and aren't even aware they have them.
And while still births are extremely rare -- a study from Washington University in St. Louis finds the still birth rate is higher in women with fibroids. Researchers say their findings may lead to recommendations for closely monitoring fetal growth in women with fibroids. Still births occur in about 6 or 7 of every 1,000 births.
