It's simple. All you have to do is reach out to other news and other people in general who are on-line. It's a way you can keep your sanity when you are home by yourself all day with a newborn. Don't get me wrong, it's a great, wonderful thing, but it can also be isolating. So start your own blog, join Pinterest, Facebook, whatever. Just make sure you are talking to adults on a daily basis.
