They think I am ANCIENT. For most kids, if you are old enough to be their parent (even if you gave birth in high school) they will think you are old, whether you are 36 or 56.
JenniferJenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05975916794760117696noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6609697803613641438.post-87921370130533704322008-02-01T01:08:00.000-06:002008-02-01T01:08:00.000-06:00hi..its an interesting article,...meghan i dont r...hi..
its an interesting article,...
meghan i dont really agree with you...age doesnt act as a barrier ....parenting is all about the way you connect with your child...and the values you as a parent impart in your child...:)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6609697803613641438.post-61243574965450695362008-01-31T17:59:00.000-06:002008-01-31T17:59:00.000-06:00I think there is a lot older parents should keep i...I think there is a lot older parents should keep in mind. Generation gaps mean you are less in touch with your children, and that means you are harder to talk to, and it may be harder for parents to talk to kids about things like drugs, alcohol, and sex. It's hard feeling like your parents are so far away from you that those topics are off-limits. They should always be within the limits, and it's important for parents to try to get on their childrens' level to have those important, necessary conversations.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
